Samuel Dixon Family Health Center’s mission is to provide health and well-being for all patients by offering high-quality, culturally sensitive, affordable, and accessible primary care services with a special emphasis on serving the uninsured and under-insured of our community.

Samuel Dixon Family Health Center is an FTCA Deemed Facility We’ve received full National Diabetes Prevention Program Recognition from the CDC. You can view our agency informational brochure in English or Spanish.
